1. Services

Royston Solar provides solar panel installation, battery storage, and EV charging services across Royston, the Royston area, and surrounding areas. All installations are carried out by MCS-certified engineers.

2. Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed following a site survey.

3. Warranties

Solar panel manufacturers provide 25-year performance warranties. Inverter warranties are typically 10–12 years. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Battery warranties vary by manufacturer (typically 10 years).

4. Payment

A deposit is required upon acceptance of a quote. The balance is payable upon satisfactory completion of the installation. We offer flexible payment terms — please discuss with our team.

5. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing a contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Liability

Royston Solar carries comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We are responsible for any damage caused during installation and will rectify any issues promptly.
